Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and serve menu items, ensuring each order meets Wingstop’s quality standards and timing requirements.
- Deliver the “Excellent Service” program by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling payments with professionalism and a smile.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, equipment, and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Follow food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature control, and waste disposal.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any equipment issues to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal wait times.
- Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay updated on new menu items, promotions, and operational procedures.
- Uphold Wingstop’s brand image by maintaining a neat personal appearance and adhering to dress code standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage service or a related hospitality role.
- All genders are welcome; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work both part‑time and full‑time, with flexible scheduling from Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Physical fitness and mental resilience to handle a fast‑moving kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and a customer‑first attitude.
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques, time management, and food presentation.
- Willingness to work under performance targets and be stationed in any Wingstop location across South Jakarta.
