Introduction
Adira Finance is expanding its collection team across several strategic locations in Kalimantan, including Sampit, Pontianak, Balikpapan, and others. We are looking for a motivated Collector – Penagihan who will take ownership of the accounts receivable (A/R) overdue process, ensuring timely recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid educational foundation, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to meet and exceed collection targets in a dynamic multifinance environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of overdue account collections, from initial contact to final settlement, ensuring all activities are completed within established timelines.
- Conduct thorough credit monitoring and analysis to identify high‑risk accounts and recommend appropriate collection strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection interactions in the company’s CRM system, documenting promises to pay, payment arrangements, and dispute resolutions.
- Negotiate payment plans with borrowers, balancing empathy with the firm’s financial objectives while adhering to regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and loan servicing teams to share insights on borrower behavior and improve overall risk management.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, overdue trends, and recovery rates for senior management review.
- Provide exceptional interpersonal service, addressing borrower inquiries, resolving disputes, and preserving the company’s reputation.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on the latest collection techniques, legal developments, and fintech tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or diploma) in any discipline; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the current posting.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, debt recovery, or related financial services; fresh graduates are welcome if they demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- High integrity, resilience, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, loan processing, and debt collection procedures.
- Willingness to be placed in any of the following locations based on domicile: Singkawang, Pontianak, Sintang, Pangkalan Bun, Sampit, Palangkaraya, Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Samarinda, or Tarakan.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00.
