Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Staf Dapur (Kitchen Crew) to join our fast‑growing hub in Kota Bekasi. This role is a vital part of the food‑and‑beverage (F&B) operation at ASTRO Hub, where we serve a diverse customer base ranging from office workers to families. As a kitchen crew member, you will ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation while supporting smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and adheres to the daily production schedule.
  • Conduct thorough checks and cross‑verification of inventory data to guarantee that stock levels match recorded quantities.
  • Update stock, inventory, and inbound records in real‑time using our inventory management system.
  • Prepare and submit routine operational reports, highlighting key metrics such as waste, prep time, and menu performance.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment, following HACCP and local health regulations.
  • Execute all cooking processes, transforming raw ingredients into finished menu items with consistent taste and visual appeal.
  • Prep ingredients, portion controls, and assemble mise en place before the start of each shift.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing, ensure smooth order flow, and address any service issues promptly.
  • Handle equipment maintenance checks, reporting any malfunctioning tools to the kitchen manager.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, new menu items, and operational best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Male or female (the role is open to all qualified candidates).
  • At least 1 year of experience in the F&B sector, preferably as kitchen staff or barista.
  • Proven ability to manage stock, conduct inventory checks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong cooking skills with knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, agility, and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
  • Flexibility to be deployed across any ASTRO Hub location in the region.
  • Soft skills: communication, problem‑solving, time management, and a strong work ethic.
