Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled live streams on multiple social platforms, adhering to the content calendar and brand guidelines.
- Engage viewers in real‑time by responding to comments, answering questions, and creating interactive segments that boost audience retention.
- Continuously improve on‑air performance by reviewing playback, analyzing key metrics (view count, average watch time, engagement rate) and implementing data‑driven adjustments.
- Prepare pre‑live briefings, including script outlines, visual props, and technical checks (audio, lighting, internet stability).
- Perform post‑stream analysis to generate reports on performance, audience demographics, and content effectiveness for future planning.
- Collaborate with the content production team to align live sessions with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and special events.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, showcasing confidence, authenticity, and a friendly demeanor.
- Uphold community standards by avoiding any direct product sales or promotional activities that conflict with company policy.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings or weekends, to meet peak audience times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a live‑stream host or similar on‑camera role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is required.
- Demonstrated ability to interact naturally with an online audience and manage live chat dynamics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas, trends, and challenges.
- Technical competence in using streaming software, mobile devices, and basic video‑editing tools.
- Professional appearance and confidence to present without a hijab, aligning with the brand’s visual identity.
- Willingness to act as a content talent, embracing brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Experience on platforms such as Bigo, Mico, Nimo TV, TikTok, or similar is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, with occasional extended hours for special events.
- Commitment to not engage in direct product sales during streams.
