This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from arrival to dispatch, supporting our commitment to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction across the region. Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of each pallet against shipping documents.
- Sort and organize parcels according to their designated delivery zones, ensuring proper placement within the warehouse layout.
- Conduct visual inspections to prevent damage or loss of packages during handling and sorting.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area by following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with delivery personnel, receiving new dispatch instructions and providing real‑time status updates.
- Operate handheld Android devices for barcode scanning, inventory tracking, and data entry into the warehouse management system.
- Assist in periodic stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies found during inventory audits.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or process inefficiencies to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting ways to streamline workflows and reduce handling time.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Essential Documents: Valid KTP (Indonesian ID).
- Availability: Willingness to work shifting schedules, Monday through Saturday, 06:00 – 14:00.
- Financial: Must have a personal bank account for salary disbursement.
- Technology: Own an Android smartphone for using company apps and scanning tools.
- Core Skills: Strong logistical analysis, basic knowledge of warehouse management systems, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
