Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns.
- Conceptualize, produce, edit, and publish high‑quality photos, videos, reels, and short‑form clips tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and reinforce key messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and emerging formats; adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely and personable manner.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using native analytics tools and generate weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Assist in the ideation and execution of influencer partnerships, contests, and user‑generated content initiatives.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure all content complies with copyright and brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitch creative concepts, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: 21‑30 years.
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Instagram and TikTok features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, CapCut).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to draft concise, engaging copy in Bahasa Indonesia and, optionally, English.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability to fast‑changing trends and willingness to experiment.
- Detail‑oriented with good time‑management to meet daily deadlines.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
