Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell a range of household items, including cleaning supplies, kitchen gadgets, and lifestyle accessories, to both new and repeat customers.
- Deliver clear, engaging product presentations that highlight key features, benefits, and proper usage techniques.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective upselling, cross‑selling, and customer referral strategies.
- Maintain an attractive and organized product display, ensuring shelves are stocked, merchandise is clean, and promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, handling objections, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, encouraging brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales reports, including units sold, revenue generated, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to coordinate product launches, special promotions, and stock replenishment.
- Adapt quickly to high‑traffic periods and work effectively under pressure, especially during peak shopping seasons.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay informed about new product lines, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) for household or consumer goods.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive speaking style.
- Professional appearance, well‑groomed and presentable for public-facing interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude toward team members and management.
- Resilience and the capacity to handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Proficiency in basic sales management tools and ability to compile accurate daily reports.
- Flexibility to work from Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, including holidays and special event days.
