Introduction
The Staff NOC (Network Operation Centre) position is a critical entry‑level role within our IT infrastructure team, responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and security of our corporate networks. Based at our modern operational hub on Jl. Cendrawasih Raya No.61, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, the successful candidate will join a dynamic environment where rapid problem‑solving, proactive monitoring, and clear communication are essential. Responsibilities
- Monitor network devices and servers 24/7 using NOC tools, ensuring uptime meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system issues and resolve network connectivity problems promptly.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize routers, switches, and wireless access points from vendors such as Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Ruijie.
- Perform IP address planning, VLSM calculations, and implement both static and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, BGP).
- Document incidents, escalation steps, and resolution procedures in the ticketing system for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior network engineers to implement firmware upgrades and security patches.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network expansion projects, including LAN/WAN design and site‑to‑site VPN deployments.
- Provide clear and concise communication to internal users and external vendors during outage events.
- Participate in shift rotations, including night and weekend coverage, to guarantee 24‑hour network availability.
- Maintain personal vehicle and valid SIM C license for on‑site visits to remote locations when required.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age 27 years; unmarried status preferred for flexibility with shift work.
- Minimum education: SMK or equivalent in Computer Network Engineering; high school diploma acceptable if combined with relevant experience.
- At least one year of hands‑on experience in a NOC, help‑desk, or related IT support role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical staff.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, demonstrate high integrity, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule (day, evening, and weekend shifts).
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and reliable personal transportation for on‑site tasks.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS troubleshooting and network diagnostics.
- Experience with Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, or Ruijie equipment is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts, IP addressing, VLSM, and routing (static and dynamic) is highly desirable.
