Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential new borrowers, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan products and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Conduct on‑site economic assistance for member households, offering financial education, budgeting advice, and post‑loan support.
- Perform thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering to Amartha’s underwriting policies, risk‑assessment criteria, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on borrower profiles, loan viability, and field observations for the underwriting team.
- Execute regular collection activities, including reminder calls, in‑person visits, and negotiation of repayment schedules while maintaining respectful and professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams—product, risk, and operations—to relay market insights and suggest product enhancements tailored to the Cirebon community.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share field experiences, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years acceptable).

- Own reliable transportation (motorcycle or car) to travel across the Cirebon region.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
