Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of a variety of food products according to standardized recipes and quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station, adhering to HACCP and local food‑safety regulations at all times.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and steamers safely and efficiently.
- Follow daily production targets; when tasks are completed ahead of schedule, coordinate with supervisors for early dismissal.
- Perform routine inventory checks, report material shortages, and assist in restocking supplies.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Document any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns for immediate corrective action.
- Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions to continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
