Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Facility, Café, and Outlet Guard to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across our sports facilities, café areas, and retail outlets. The successful candidate will be a proactive individual who enjoys interacting with customers, works well in a team setting, and possesses basic computer skills to support daily operations. This full‑time position operates from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all entry and exit points of the sports facility, café, and retail outlet to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, checking for hazards, maintenance issues, and any suspicious activity.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by overseeing waste disposal, floor sweeping, and ensuring restroom facilities are stocked and hygienic.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including securing doors, setting alarm systems, and preparing the venue for daily operations.
- Provide friendly, courteous service to customers, answering inquiries about facility usage, café menu items, and product availability.
- Manage the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, process transactions, and handle cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Support inventory control by tracking stock levels of café supplies and retail merchandise, reporting shortages to management.
- Utilize basic computer applications for scheduling, reporting incidents, and updating the store management system.
- Collaborate closely with teammates, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Prepare concise daily reports on security incidents, customer feedback, and facility conditions for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 27 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified).
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Personal attributes: honest, trustworthy, responsible, and punctual.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine enthusiasm for communicating with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established procedures.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, especially familiarity with POS and inventory software.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and conduct occasional light lifting (up to 15 kg).
