Introduction
RSU Raffa Majenang, a leading private hospital in Cilacap, is seeking a dedicated Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian Berpengalaman (Experienced Pharmacy Technical Staff) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate delivery of pharmaceutical services to our patients. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and other allied health professionals to maintain the highest standards of medication management and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, dispense, and label prescription medications according to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and manage expiration dates to minimize waste.
- Assist pharmacists in compounding sterile and non‑sterile preparations, ensuring aseptic technique and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and caregivers, explaining dosage, administration routes, and potential side effects.
- Participate in medication reconciliation during patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to prevent drug interactions and errors.
- Support the pharmacy team in conducting drug utilization reviews, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and pharmacovigilance activities.
- Operate and maintain pharmacy automation equipment, including dispensing machines and barcode verification systems.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to order pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Adhere to infection control policies, handle hazardous drugs safely, and follow occupational health guidelines.
- Work flexible shift schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospital operations.
- Participate in continuous education programs, quality improvement projects, and interdisciplinary case discussions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, or a related health science field; SMA/SMK/Sederajat accepted for entry‑level support positions.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) for health professionals such as Pharmacist, Midwife, Nutritionist, Laboratory Technicians, ATLM, or Radiographer.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply for selected roles.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Physical and mental fitness to handle the demands of a fast‑paced clinical environment.
- Willingness to be placed at RSU Raffa Majenang, Cilacap, and to adapt to shift work when necessary.
