Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders for patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric cases.

- Deliver evidence‑based speech and language therapy sessions, incorporating play‑based techniques, augmentative communication tools, and family‑centered coaching.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and medical staff to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care.
- Educate parents, caregivers, and teachers on strategies to support communication development at home and in school environments.
- Maintain strict adherence to professional ethics, confidentiality standards, and regulatory requirements, including keeping a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) active or in the process of activation.
- Participate in case conferences, continuing education workshops, and community outreach programs to stay current with emerging best practices.
- Provide weekend coverage as needed, ensuring continuity of care for patients who require intensive or urgent services.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or D4 in Occupational Therapy or Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Active STR (or in the process of obtaining one) demonstrating professional licensure.
- Strong sense of empathy and commitment to patient‑centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Highly disciplined and proactive work ethic; ability to manage time efficiently and meet scheduling demands.
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday) to accommodate patient needs.
- Passion for working with children and an understanding of developmental milestones.
- Basic health management skills and familiarity with clinical documentation software.
