Introduction

We are seeking a proactive Staf Operasional Logistik dan Administrasi to join our dynamic e‑commerce team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our marketplace stores run smoothly, from initial setup to daily optimization. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our online sales channels, handling everything from product data entry to visual merchandising, while collaborating closely with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage seller accounts across multiple marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak), including initial configuration, profile optimization, and store layout.
  • Continuously monitor account health and performance metrics to guarantee that each store operates at peak efficiency.
  • Upload, edit, and maintain product listings with accurate photos, detailed descriptions, pricing, variations, and inventory levels.
  • Design and refresh storefront visuals such as banners, category pages, and featured product sections to align with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical or operational issues on marketplace platforms, escalating to support teams when necessary and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to synchronize stock levels, ensuring real‑time availability and preventing overselling.
  • Analyze competitor stores and market trends to recommend improvements in product positioning and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting sales trends, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketplace management to ensure consistency across the team.
  • Support customer service initiatives by providing accurate product information and addressing marketplace‑related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing e‑commerce marketplace accounts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct competitor and market analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Adaptability to new cultures and fast‑changing environments; quick learner of new platform features and tools.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic image editing tools.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • Age: no upper limit; we value experience and capability over age.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
