Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Operasional Samarinda to join our dynamic team in the Jabodetabek region. This entry‑level position offers a valuable opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience to develop a solid foundation in operational management within a fast‑growing logistics and service‑oriented company. The successful candidate will support daily operations, interact with customers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers on‑site and via phone, ensuring timely and courteous resolution of inquiries.
  • Coordinate daily operational tasks such as order processing, inventory checks, and shipment scheduling.
  • Participate in shift rotations and adhere to the work schedule set by the company, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Support the logistics team by preparing documentation, updating tracking systems, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (warehouse, transportation, customer service) to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Attend mandatory training programs to acquire product knowledge, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Travel to various operational sites across the region as directed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age: maximum 25 years.
  • Gender: all genders are eligible.
  • Residence: Must be based in Jabodetabek or surrounding areas.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience or internship exposure in customer service, retail, or logistics.
  • Willingness to work in shift schedules and be flexible with deployment across any operational location.
  • Positive attitude with a strong spirit of service.
  • Excellent social skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and adapt to new technologies.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry systems) and willingness to undergo further training.
