Responsibilities
- Assist customers on‑site and via phone, ensuring timely and courteous resolution of inquiries.
- Coordinate daily operational tasks such as order processing, inventory checks, and shipment scheduling.
- Participate in shift rotations and adhere to the work schedule set by the company, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Support the logistics team by preparing documentation, updating tracking systems, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (warehouse, transportation, customer service) to maintain smooth workflow.
- Attend mandatory training programs to acquire product knowledge, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Travel to various operational sites across the region as directed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: maximum 25 years.
- Gender: all genders are eligible.
- Residence: Must be based in Jabodetabek or surrounding areas.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience or internship exposure in customer service, retail, or logistics.
- Willingness to work in shift schedules and be flexible with deployment across any operational location.
- Positive attitude with a strong spirit of service.
- Excellent social skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and adapt to new technologies.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry systems) and willingness to undergo further training.
