Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Staff to join our growing team at a leading Islamic bank. This role is focused on promoting the bank’s Sharia‑compliant products and services through outbound calls, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the branch. The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell a range of Islamic banking products, including savings accounts, financing solutions, and investment packages.
- Explain complex banking concepts in simple, clear language while respecting the principles of Islamic finance.
- Assist customers throughout the transaction process, guiding them through application forms, documentation, and follow‑up steps.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets, reporting progress to the team leader.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering queries, handling objections, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and market insights.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product features, regulatory changes, and industry trends related to Islamic banking.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or higher is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, call center, or related sales roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record of building rapport with customers and handling objections effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM or sales tracking software.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during promotional periods.
- Clear background check (BI) and adherence to the bank’s ethical standards.
- Open to fresh graduates who show strong motivation, quick learning ability, and a passion for finance.
