Responsibilities
The crew member will be cross‑trained across multiple stations to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. Core duties include:
- Learning and mastering all job desks and positions within the restaurant, from cashier duties to kitchen stations.
- Performing as a cashier, handling POS transactions accurately and providing friendly, prompt service.
- Serving guests as a waiter/waitress, taking orders, delivering meals, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Preparing noodles, dim sum, and bar beverages according to Mie Gacoan’s standard recipes.
- Assisting in food production and plating to maintain consistent quality and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including regular clearing up and sanitation tasks.
- Participating in rolling station rotations, ensuring flexibility and coverage across all service areas.
- Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to support a collaborative workplace.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Height requirement: minimum 160 cm for men and 155 cm for women.
- At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates or those with experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or service are welcome.
- Active Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) with no criminal record.
- Good health with no chronic illnesses.
- Strong communication skills and an active, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to attend a comprehensive training program (several months) at All Store Mie Gacoan.
- Readiness to be placed at the new Probolinggo branch and adapt to a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Key soft skills: teamwork, customer‑service orientation, independent work ethic, attention to detail, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
