Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and answer inquiries about merchandise, promotions, and store policies.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and issue receipts with attention to detail.
- Perform regular inventory checks, record stock movements, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, securing the premises, and preparing daily sales reports.
- Keep the store clean and safe by sweeping floors, cleaning display areas, and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to meet daily sales targets, participate in team meetings, and contribute ideas for improving customer experience.
- Support promotional activities such as product launches, seasonal sales events, and loyalty program enrollment.
- Uphold the store’s brand image by maintaining a neat personal appearance and wearing the provided uniform.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through regular participation in shalat, dhuha, and mengaji sessions as part of the company’s cultural values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age range: 18 – 25 years old.
