Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, taking orders accurately and delivering meals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen workstations, and service stations throughout the shift.
  • Assist the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and refilling condiments.
  • Monitor inventory levels of utensils, napkins, and beverage supplies, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling and personal hygiene.
  • Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotional offers, and service protocols.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude by identifying opportunities to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Respect and observe the restaurant’s cultural and religious practices, including regular prayer times as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 29 years old or younger.
  • Both male and female applicants are welcome.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Must not be currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
  • Commitment to regular religious observance (Rajin Beribadah) as part of the company culture.
  • Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Basic food and beverage service skills, with a willingness to learn and improve.
