Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, provide product information, and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Merchandising & Visual Presentation: Arrange shelves, restock items, and ensure promotional displays are attractive and up‑to‑date according to company guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, handle receiving and storage of merchandise, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Cash Handling & Transaction Processing: Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, process payments, issue receipts, and balance cash registers at shift end.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe by performing routine cleaning tasks and adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors, share information, and support each other during busy periods, especially on Saturdays.
- Compliance & Security: Follow company policies regarding dress code, personal appearance, and security measures; ensure no tattoos or piercings are visible while on duty.
- Flexibility & Mobility: Accept assignments at different store locations or departments based on operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Physical fitness: Proportional body build, good health, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Psychological resilience: Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings while on duty.
- Willingness to be placed wherever the company requires, including potential transfers within the region.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage, though on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Adaptability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
