Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Staff Accountant – Financial Records Management to join our fast‑growing hospitality and partner‑services division. This role is a cornerstone of our finance team, ensuring that daily cashflow, expense tracking, and financial reporting are accurate, timely, and compliant with both local regulations and internal standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with guests and international partners in English and Korean, possess solid accounting fundamentals, and be adept at using Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for guest and partner communications related to billing, invoices, and financial inquiries.
  • Coordinate daily financial operations, including cash‑handling, bank reconciliations, and verification of daily transactions.
  • Support project teams by preparing budget forecasts, tracking expenditures, and delivering periodic financial status reports.
  • Compile and submit comprehensive monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.
  • Manage payment cycles, process vendor invoices, and ensure timely disbursement of funds while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate expense records, verify receipts, and reconcile expense claims against company policy.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to automate routine tasks and improve data integrity.
  • Assist the senior accounting team with year‑end closing activities, audit preparation, and regulatory filings.
  • Continuously monitor internal controls, identify process improvement opportunities, and propose efficient solutions.
  • Provide friendly, responsible, and professional service to internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record‑keeping.
  • Fluency in English and Korean (mandatory) for effective communication with international partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data‑analysis features.
  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and a responsible attitude toward confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
  • Prior experience (0+ years) in accounting or finance, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or service‑oriented industries.

  • Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
