We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as Direktur Penjualan, Front Desk Agent, and Maintenance Coordinator (DW). Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, identify new market segments, and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long‑term relationships with key accounts, conduct regular business reviews, and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives.
  • Front Desk Operations: Oversee daily front desk activities, greet visitors, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures, and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and courteously.
  • Team Coordination: Train and mentor front desk staff, set performance standards, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve service quality.
  • Maintenance Supervision: Schedule routine inspections, coordinate repairs, and manage third‑party vendors to keep facilities in optimal condition.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and monitor budgets for sales initiatives, front desk supplies, and maintenance expenses, ensuring cost‑effective operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present insights to senior management.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and security protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure the workplace meets all regulatory standards.
  • Problem Solving Under Pressure: Respond swiftly to unexpected challenges, such as high‑volume guest traffic or urgent maintenance issues, while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender.
  • Proven experience in at least one of the core areas—sales, front desk/customer service, or facilities maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills; able to convey ideas clearly to internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in both team settings and independent tasks.
  • Resilience to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM, reservation, and maintenance management software.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
