Responsibilities

- Maintain tidy and organized store aisles by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise according to visual guidelines, and rotating products to minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Ensure all promotional displays are set up correctly and that signage is up‑to‑date.
- Monitor store cleanliness, including sweeping floors, cleaning counters, and maintaining restroom hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and uphold company standards.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and safety protocols.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
