Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on‑camera host for live‑stream events on TikTok, Instagram, and the company’s proprietary platform.
- Present and demonstrate skincare and other consumer‑goods products with confidence, highlighting key features, usage instructions, and unique selling points.
- Engage with viewers through real‑time Q&A, comments, and interactive polls to boost audience retention and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content calendars, script outlines, and promotional offers.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to different audience demographics and trending topics.
- Monitor live‑stream metrics (viewer count, engagement rate, sales generated) and provide post‑event reports for continuous improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social‑media algorithms, TikTok trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Assist in light post‑production tasks such as clipping highlight reels for repurposing on other channels.
- Adhere to the scheduled shift rotations (Shift 1: 05:30‑13:30, Shift 2: 13:10‑21:10, Shift 3: 20:50‑04:50) and maintain punctuality.
- Comply with the company’s dress code, including the requirement to wear a hijab while on‑premise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only; age preference up to 28 years with a polished, professional appearance.
- At least 1 year of experience in front‑of‑camera roles, live‑stream hosting, or digital influencer work.
- Excellent public‑speaking skills and a natural ability to connect with viewers.
- Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable performing under live‑broadcast pressure.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and consumer concerns.
- Solid understanding of social‑media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and e‑commerce funnels.
- Ability to work freelance from the PT Haraka Multi Faedah office in Cibubur, with flexibility for shift rotations.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
