Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our dynamic hospitality team as Waitress / Customer Service Staff. This role is the face of our restaurant, providing a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow in the food‑and‑beverage industry, possess a solid foundation in basic service techniques, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment from Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
  • Assist in the preparation of simple menu items, such as salads, cold drinks, and garnish arrangements, while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints courteously, and communicate feedback to management to improve service quality.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and balance cash registers at the end of each shift.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow front‑of‑house team members to manage peak‑hour traffic and multitask efficiently under pressure.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, seasonal promotions, and new service protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 – 28 years old (maximum 28).
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage service, restaurant waiting, or a related customer‑service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well under high‑volume conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
  • Positive attitude, neat appearance, and a willingness to learn advanced food‑preparation techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in a kitchen or dining environment.
