Introduction
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Asisten Rumah Tangga (ART) specialists to join our household team. This role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for families while providing flexible support in areas such as childcare, elder care, gardening, and transportation. Responsibilities
- General Housekeeping: Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, windows, and furniture.
- Laundry & Ironing: Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing and household linens according to owners’ preferences.
- Meal Preparation: Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals, respecting any dietary restrictions or cultural preferences.
- Childcare (Babysitter/Nanny): Supervise children’s activities, assist with homework, ensure safety, and provide age‑appropriate entertainment.
- Elderly Care (Perawat Lansia): Offer compassionate assistance with mobility, medication reminders, and companionship for senior household members.
- Gardening (Tukang Kebun): Maintain lawns, flower beds, and indoor plants, including watering, pruning, and seasonal planting.
- Driving (Sopir): Safely transport family members to school, appointments, and errands, while maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
- Household Inventory Management: Monitor supplies, restock cleaning agents, groceries, and other essentials as needed.
- Adherence to Safety & Hygiene Standards: Follow established SOPs, use protective equipment, and maintain a tidy work environment.
- Communication: Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or concerns to the household manager promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (SD, SMP, SMA, Diploma, or higher).
- Age: Maximum 45 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required, though prior exposure to any of the listed roles (PRT/ART, Babysitter, Nanny, Elder Care, Driver, Gardener) is a plus.
- Key Skills: Strong cultural adaptability, reliability, honesty, and a proactive attitude.
- Physical Capability: Ability to perform household chores that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Language: Basic proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Legal: Must possess a valid work permit and, for driving duties, a current driver’s license.
