Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Kasir Penjualan Ritel to join our dynamic retail team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall sales operations of our stores. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, possess strong numerical abilities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork and reliability are essential.
Responsibilities
- Process all cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately using the store’s POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer, perform end‑of‑day reconciliations, and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, price checks, and promotional information, ensuring a friendly and helpful shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels at the checkout area, restock impulse items, and coordinate with the inventory team for stock replenishment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales associates, floor managers, and back‑office staff to resolve any transaction‑related issues.
- Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new POS features, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns or operational inefficiencies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- At least 0 years of experience; prior experience in a retail cash handling role is preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle a high‑volume, fast‑moving retail floor.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy.
- Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and honesty in handling cash.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
