Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Program Magang HRGA – Sumber Daya Manusia & Administrasi to join our dynamic team in Depok, Jawa Barat. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle: drafting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Support employee onboarding activities, including preparing welcome packs, setting up system access, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Administer employee records such as overtime requests, BPJS (social security) enrollment, and contract updates.
- Facilitate off‑boarding procedures, ensuring proper exit interviews, document retrieval, and final settlements.
- Maintain legal and compliance documentation, including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and statutory filings.
- Assist the HR team in updating the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to guarantee data accuracy.
- Prepare periodic HR reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance for senior management review.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, legal) to resolve employee queries and support cross‑functional projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting streamlined processes for recruitment and administrative workflows.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Preferred majors: Psychology, Law, or related fields; other disciplines with relevant experience are welcomed.
- No age limit – open to all qualified candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace) and willingness to learn HRIS tools.
- Agile mindset, proactive problem‑solving attitude, and eagerness to acquire new knowledge.
- Residency in Depok, Jawa Barat, or willingness to commute daily.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
