Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Branch Operations Manager to lead our regional office in Padangsidempuan, Siantar, Tanah Karo, and Nias. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight of marketing, credit, and collection functions with hands‑on operational management to ensure the branch meets and exceeds its performance targets. The ideal candidate will be a results‑driven leader with a strong analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to nurture relationships with dealers, business partners, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all marketing, credit, and collection activities within the branch, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct thorough credit feasibility analyses for consumer financing, balancing risk management with business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and debtors to drive referral business and enhance brand reputation.
- Coach, mentor, and develop branch staff, fostering a high‑performance culture that consistently hits sales and collection targets.
- Collaborate closely with Human Resources on staffing needs, performance appraisals, and professional development initiatives.
- Execute dealer canvassing campaigns to identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
- Oversee customer billing and delinquent account management, ensuring timely and professional resolution of collections.
- Perform regular branch performance reviews, analyzing profit margins, expense control, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare comprehensive branch reports and strategic work plans that support corporate goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, financial laws, and internal audit requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Gender: Male (as per current policy).
- Age: 35‑40 years, with a maximum age limit of 40.
- Work experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in branch management, credit analysis, or financial services.
- Language proficiency: Ability to speak and understand Hokkien is essential.
- Valid driving license: Active SIM A.
- Willingness to be placed in Padangsidempuan, Siantar, Tanah Karo, or Nias and travel as needed.
- Core competencies: Strong analytical and strategic thinking, financial and legal knowledge, effective team leadership, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to organize and plan complex projects.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:30‑17:00.
