Introduction
Madukismo is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Operasional. This entry‑level role is perfect for candidates who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK) and are eager to start a career in retail operations or store management. The position is open to female applicants and offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, providing ample opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to the smooth running of our store.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring all equipment and security systems are operational.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and updating the store’s management system.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving minor complaints.
- Support cash handling duties, including cash register reconciliation, deposit preparation, and adherence to company cash policies.
- Collaborate with team members to arrange merchandise displays, keep aisles tidy, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor store cleanliness and safety, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Prepare daily sales reports and communicate key performance metrics to management.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, point‑of‑sale systems, and customer‑service best practices.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as setting up special displays, distributing flyers, and supporting seasonal sales events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including employee records and financial data.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Age: Up to 30 years old (maximum)
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided
