Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Administrator Administrasi Perkantoran to join our dynamic office team. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, fax, and postal mail, ensuring timely distribution to relevant staff.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems—both physical and digital—so that documents are easily retrievable and compliant with company policy.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary materials such as agendas, minutes, and presentations.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and preparation of monthly financial summaries.
  • Support inventory control for office supplies and warehouse stock, conducting regular audits and placing purchase orders when needed.
  • Assist HR with onboarding paperwork, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external visitors, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Implement and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Adapt to rotating shift schedules—morning, afternoon, or night—ensuring continuity of operations 24/7 when required.

Requirements

  • Education: Open to all levels of formal education (high school diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or higher).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; we welcome fresh graduates and career changers.
  • Age: No maximum age limit; we value competence over chronology.
  • Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • Key Skills: Strong organizational abilities, basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and office management software), attention to detail, and effective communication.

  • Work Schedule Options:
    • Shift 1 – Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
    • Shift 2 – Afternoon: 12:00 – 20:00
    • Shift 3 – Night (Warehouse Closing): 17:00 – end of shift
  • Work Days: Monday through Saturday, with daily hours typically from 08:00 – 17:00 depending on the assigned shift.
  • Accommodation: Position is “PP” (payroll) and does not require on‑site lodging.
