Responsibilities
- Oversee full‑cycle outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, customer service standards, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
- Plan, schedule, and evaluate the performance of all outlet staff, providing coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring daily turnover, and implementing cost‑control measures to maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate administrative records: staff attendance, sales reports, inventory counts, and financial reconciliations.
- Ensure product quality and consistency by supervising kitchen preparation, portion control, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any operational issues, troubleshooting problems swiftly to minimize disruption.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture, handling escalated guest complaints with professionalism and turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Head of Outlet, Supervisor, or Team Leader within the F&B sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with a firm yet fair management style.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and capable of basic English.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to flexible working hours (Monday–Sunday, 11:00–23:00).
