Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Store Operasional dan Penjualan to lead daily store activities and drive sales performance across our retail locations. This full‑time position is ideal for a motivated individual with a minimum high school education, at least one year of relevant experience, and a passion for teamwork and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage store operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Supervise a team of sales associates and floor staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the purchasing department, and ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑and‑beverage regulations, especially when supervising related sections.
- Schedule staff shifts to cover the extended operating hours of 14:00 – 01:00 WIB, while respecting labor laws.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, in‑store events, and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates currently enrolled in higher education are not preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, particularly in retail or food & beverage environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work the shift schedule of 14:00 – 01:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Core soft skills: agility, diligence, teamwork orientation, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Preferred skill: Knowledge of food and beverage management.
