Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities in the health and wellness industry.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to develop integrated campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable ROI.
- Manage the allocation and optimization of the marketing budget, negotiating with vendors and agencies to secure cost‑effective solutions.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content—including copy, visual assets, and video—that resonates with target audiences and supports sales enablement.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and brand sentiment, providing regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing strategy, preferably within the healthcare or consumer wellness sector. Fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
