Responsibilities
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product questions, and recommend appropriate beauty items based on individual needs.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that all merchandise displays are stocked and visually appealing.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with store policies while preserving customer satisfaction.
- Assist in daily inventory counts, receive shipments, and update stock levels in the system.
- Collaborate with sales associates and store managers to achieve weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Provide product demonstrations and samples, encouraging upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Operate basic computer applications for reporting, scheduling, and communication purposes.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new product launches and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, as per the specific staffing policy of the location.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and accountable.
- Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn new procedures and product knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional appearance: presentable, courteous, and well‑groomed.
- Genuine interest in the beauty and cosmetics sector.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS software and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to accept a contractual employment arrangement.
- Age requirement: up to 30 years old (subject to company policy).
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
