Responsibilities
- Assist passengers in locating and booking an available driver for GoCar or GoRide rides.
- Guide customers through the app ordering process, answering any questions they may have.
- Proactively promote GoCar and GoRide services, highlighting benefits such as safety, convenience, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Provide clear directions to passengers on pick‑up points, traffic conditions, and alternative routes when necessary.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve minor issues on the spot, escalating complex matters to the operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions, passenger feedback, and service usage statistics.
- Collaborate with drivers, supervisors, and the central operations hub to ensure smooth service delivery during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new features, promotional campaigns, and safety protocols.
- Adhere to company policies regarding shift schedules, attendance, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger (maximum 35 years for certain locations).

- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Mandarin is required to serve a diverse passenger base.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident, friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the local transportation landscape and a genuine interest in the mobility‑as‑a‑service (MaaS) industry.
