Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales & Marketing professional to spearhead the promotion of our flour and chicken product lines across the Greater Jakarta (JABODETABEK) area. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, possesses strong relationship‑building skills, and is passionate about delivering measurable sales growth. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, develop new customer pipelines, and ensure our products maintain a leading position in the market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for flour and chicken product portfolios.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new wholesale and retail customers within the JABODETABEK region.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues promptly.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and educational workshops to showcase product benefits and usage.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and drive the closing of sales deals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Monitor customer payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including logistics, production, and marketing—to align sales activities with supply chain capabilities and promotional campaigns.
- Perform regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Male candidates preferred; non‑smoker.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably with flour or related food products.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and conduct market research.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- In‑depth knowledge of the JABODETABEK area; residency in Bogor is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self‑motivation, and a collaborative mindset.
