Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and professional Supir Shuttle Penumpang Korporat to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting Daily Workers (DW) between designated pick‑up points and our Distribution Centers (DC) across the Jabodetabek area. This position is vital to ensuring that our workforce arrives on time, ready to contribute to the seamless flow of goods through our supply chain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service while maintaining the operational vehicle in top condition.
Responsibilities
- Transport Daily Workers from the agreed pick‑up locations to the designated Distribution Centers according to the daily schedule.
- Verify that all passengers arrive at the work site promptly and in a safe, comfortable manner.
- Follow prescribed operational routes between DCs in the Jakarta metropolitan area, adapting to traffic conditions as directed by the operations team.
- Maintain full responsibility for the company’s blind‑van, ensuring cleanliness, mechanical soundness, and security at all times.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, checking fuel levels, oil, brakes, tires, lights, and any other safety‑critical components.
- Report any technical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately to the fleet manager and document them in the incident log.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and defensive‑driving best practices.
- Monitor passenger count to stay within vehicle capacity and record attendance in the operational system.
- Coordinate proactively with HR and Operations teams regarding schedule changes, route adjustments, or additional vehicle needs.
- Uphold a courteous, professional demeanor, representing the company positively during every interaction with staff and external parties.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 40 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience driving a passenger shuttle or similar vehicle.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta and surrounding areas, including major highways and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills to handle tight schedules.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with drivers, HR personnel, and management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance tasks.
- Commitment to safety, with a proactive attitude toward identifying and mitigating risks.
