Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and publish high‑quality multimedia content (images, videos, reels, stories, carousel posts) aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and performance marketers to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all channels.
- Plan and maintain an editorial calendar, scheduling posts for optimal reach and engagement during the Monday‑Saturday workweek (08:00‑17:00).
- Analyze content performance metrics (reach, impressions, click‑through rates, conversions) and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist in A/B testing of creative assets to identify the most effective formats for driving sales and brand awareness.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and suggest new opportunities for brand expansion.
- Maintain a repository of reusable assets and ensure all content complies with copyright and licensing regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No current enrollment in any educational program; the role is full‑time.
- Open to all genders; candidates must reside outside Palembang.
- Demonstrated creativity with a strong portfolio showcasing social‑media‑focused content.
- Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and their best‑practice guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Insights, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
