Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Karanganyar region.
  • Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate data entry and thorough documentation of customer information.
  • Conduct initial credit assessments, verify documentation, and complete credit application packages in compliance with internal policies.
  • Track the progress of credit applications, maintain regular communication with dealers and customers, and convey approval or rejection decisions promptly.
  • Provide customers with clear information regarding payment terms, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements they must fulfill.
  • Collaborate closely with the logistics, finance, and after‑sales teams to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to propose strategic sales initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, generate regular reports, and present performance metrics to senior management.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to continuously improve selling techniques.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher in any field; graduates from all disciplines are welcome.
  • Age: 29 years or younger (maximum 30 years acceptable for exceptional candidates).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar sales role is considered an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
  • Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
