Introduction
The Task Force Promotor – Area Kota Pinang is a dynamic, field‑based sales role dedicated to expanding the presence of our flagship product, Diplomat Evo, across retail and convenience stores in the Kota Pinang region. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Responsibilities
- Execute direct sales activities targeting retail outlets and convenience stores, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including promotional offers, product placement, and upselling techniques tailored to each outlet.
- Install Diplomat Evo branding stickers and promotional materials at assigned retail locations, ensuring proper placement and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Participate in special marketing events, product launches, and in‑store demonstrations when required, representing the company with professionalism.
- Collect daily cash collections, perform accurate cash‑handling procedures, and submit timely deposits to the finance department.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily reports covering sales figures, inventory status, customer feedback, and any issues encountered in the field.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, pricing structures, and competitor activities to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to foster long‑term partnership opportunities.
- Identify new retail prospects, conduct market visits, and provide actionable insights to the regional sales manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Male gender (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with a clean record.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales or promotional role, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
- Strong customer‑needs analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable sales tactics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while adhering to a structured daily schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and data entry.
