We are seeking an energetic Sales Kanvasing FMCG professional to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team in the Jatibarang area. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on direct customer interaction, enjoy navigating daily routes, and are motivated by achieving measurable sales targets. As a front‑line sales motorist, you will be the face of our brand, introducing a diverse portfolio of consumer products to retailers and end‑customers throughout the region.
The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 07:30 – 17:00, with a supportive environment that values adaptability, strong communication, and a results‑driven mindset. Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes, visiting assigned shops, supermarkets, and independent retailers to sell and promote our product range.
- Introduce new product lines and seasonal promotions, ensuring customers are well‑informed about features, benefits, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels on each visit, preventing stock‑outs and ensuring optimal shelf presence.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, arranging product displays to align with corporate branding and promotional guidelines.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update order sheets, and submit detailed daily reports to the sales supervisor.
- Collect feedback from the market, reporting competitor activity, pricing changes, and emerging consumer trends.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, resolve any supply issues, and confirm receipt of goods.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the region.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- No upper age limit – we welcome candidates of any age who meet the qualifications.

- Zero to two years of prior sales or distribution experience; fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing routes, product assortments, and market conditions.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company may provide a motorbike or vehicle allowance).
