We are seeking a dynamic Staff Rekrutmen Affiliate dan Influencer to join our growing digital marketing team. Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit high‑potential affiliates and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Initiate outreach, negotiate terms, and onboard creators into the company’s affiliate program or specific campaign initiatives.
- Maintain a structured database of all influencer contacts, contract details, performance metrics, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to align influencer content with overall campaign calendars, brand guidelines, and KPI targets.
- Monitor ongoing collaborations, provide performance feedback, and suggest optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly recruitment targets, reporting progress to senior management.
- Stay up‑to‑date with trends in digital and influencer marketing, recommending new platform opportunities and creative partnership models.
- Assist in the creation of briefing documents, content calendars, and promotional assets for influencers.
- Facilitate timely payments and resolve any contractual issues or disputes that arise.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of influencer content into broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 27 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, sales, or related digital marketing roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficient and active user of Instagram, TikTok, or other major social platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive style.
- Strong networking ability; enjoys meeting new people and building long‑term relationships.
- Demonstrated research skills for locating and evaluating influencer accounts.
- Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced environments and willingness to learn new tools for CRM and analytics.
