We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Beauty Advisor to join our team at the vibrant Resinda Park Mall in Karawang. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a high‑traffic retail environment, where you will engage directly with clients seeking beauty, wellness, and fitness services. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand loyalty, achieving sales targets, and delivering personalized treatment recommendations that enhance each customer’s experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers through proactive outreach, in‑mall promotions, and networking events.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships by providing consistent follow‑up, personalized service, and after‑care support.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, recommend suitable beauty and wellness treatments, and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively upselling products and services.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, track key performance indicators, and share insights with management to improve sales strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in cosmetics, skincare, fitness, and makeup techniques through continuous training and self‑study.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute in‑store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure the sales floor and treatment areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; diploma or higher preferred.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, including the ability to motivate peers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail when preparing reports and managing client records.
- Gender: Open to all applicants.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00.
- Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
