Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of split‑type, window, and central air‑conditioning units.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble evaporator and condenser coils, ensuring optimal heat exchange performance.
- Diagnose system faults using multimeters, refrigerant gauges, and diagnostic software, then recommend cost‑effective corrective actions.
- Refill refrigerant charges in compliance with local environmental regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical wiring, thermostats, and control panels to guarantee safety and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed service reports, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide technical insights for accurate quotations and project planning.
- Maintain a clean, organized work site and adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies, energy‑saving techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
- Educate clients on proper system usage, energy‑saving tips, and the importance of regular maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Male candidates, unmarried, with a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in air‑conditioning installation, servicing, or cleaning.
- Demonstrated skill in disassembling and washing AC units, including coil cleaning and refrigerant handling.
- Strong understanding of basic electronics, wiring, and HVAC control systems.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal staff.
- Flexibility to work standard hours (08:00‑17:00) and occasional overtime or weekend assignments as project demands dictate.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and environmental regulations related to refrigerants.
