The Tenaga Vokasi Farmasi – Instruktur Praktik Laboratorium position is a full‑time, hands‑on teaching role within a leading pharmacy education institution. Responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor small groups of students, providing real‑time feedback and corrective guidance to ensure skill mastery.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, manage inventory of reagents, and enforce strict safety protocols to comply with occupational health regulations.
- Assess student performance through written exams, practical assessments, and reflective journals, recording results in the institution’s learning management system.
- Collaborate with faculty members, clinical preceptors, and hospital partners to integrate real‑world case studies into lab activities.
- Organize and lead workshops on emerging pharmaceutical technologies, such as automated dispensing systems and point‑of‑care testing.
- Participate in accreditation reviews, preparing documentation that demonstrates the laboratory’s compliance with accreditation criteria.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in Pharmacy.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) license is mandatory.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a disciplined and responsible work ethic.
