Responsibilities

  • Analyze the customer database—both new acquisitions and repeat orders—using segmentation techniques to uncover high‑potential prospects and feed the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct regular market‑share assessments for the automotive sector within the designated region, benchmarking our performance against key competitors.
  • Map potential customers and distribute actionable insights to Sales and Aftersales teams, enabling targeted outreach via visits or calls.
  • Examine vehicle entry data and service histories to forecast upcoming maintenance needs and schedule proactive service reminders.
  • Study parts usage patterns and vehicle profiles to predict precise spare‑part replenishment requirements, reducing inventory waste.
  • Develop detailed visitation maps for Aftersales crews, aligning field activities with identified service and parts demand hotspots.
  • Monitor customer‑satisfaction indicators across the 3S (Sales, Service, Spare‑part) ecosystem, spotting trends and pain points.
  • Prepare evidence‑based recommendations for service improvement, addressing complaints and feedback to bolster loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Service Managers, and cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into executable strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance large‑scale databases using Excel, SQL, and visualization tools, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in data analysis within the automotive or related consumer‑goods industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data‑visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for mapping and reporting.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong competence in segmentation, predictive modeling, and translating raw numbers into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive dealer operations, vehicle life‑cycle, and aftersales service processes.
  • Soft Skills: High customer‑centric mindset, proactive problem‑solving, teamwork orientation, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
