Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Content Creator to join our fast‑growing digital media team. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. You will conceive, produce, and polish visual stories that engage our audience, drive traffic, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate combines a keen eye for storytelling with hands‑on technical skills in mobile and desktop video editing, and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes.
- Conceptualize, script, and storyboard short‑form videos and photo shoots that resonate with target demographics.
- Film using smartphones, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras, ensuring high‑quality lighting, framing, and audio.
- Edit footage using CapCut (mobile and desktop) as well as other editing tools to create polished, on‑brand reels, stories, and TikTok clips.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all social channels.
- Monitor platform algorithms, trending sounds, hashtags, and challenges to keep content fresh and discoverable.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and product managers to integrate multimedia assets into broader campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company’s Instagram and TikTok business accounts, including community interaction and comment moderation.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, software updates, and best practices in mobile videography and social media marketing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; diversity is welcomed.
- Proven ability to capture and edit video and photo content using a smartphone.
- Hands‑on experience with CapCut (both mobile and desktop versions) for video editing.
- Strong storytelling sense, even with simple concepts.
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and embrace constructive feedback.
- Previous experience managing Instagram and/or TikTok business accounts.
- Deep understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors.
- Capability to operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras, including basic exposure and focus controls.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably English).
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
