Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for Grade 12 students, focusing on reading, writing, comprehension, and oral communication.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice exercises that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, mock exams, and constructive feedback, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance metrics, and parent/guardian communications.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and academic coordinators to share best practices and develop cohesive study programs.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current with the latest pedagogical methods and curriculum updates.
- Provide mentorship and motivational support, fostering a growth mindset and confidence in each learner.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Indonesian language, education, or a related field; a Master’s degree (S2) is a strong advantage.
- Graduates from science or education streams with a focus on language studies are welcomed.
- GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Demonstrated ability to teach Grade 12 curriculum content effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and, optionally, English.
- High level of commitment, punctuality, and discipline.
- Passion for teaching, with a willingness to continually upgrade instructional skills through workshops and certifications.
