Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Administrative General Officer to join our Operational Division in Subang, West Java. The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and is open to candidates of any gender who hold at least a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate process documentation to support operational workflows.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring that agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions are documented and distributed promptly.
  • Manage daily office activities, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create reports, presentations, and spreadsheets that aid decision‑making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, fostering clear communication and timely resolution of queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and ensure that all administrative procedures align with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support the Operational Division by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to improve efficiency.
  • Engage with cross‑functional teams, offering administrative assistance that enables smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (any major); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of process documentation and the ability to translate complex procedures into clear, user‑friendly guides.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication with multinational stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and Outlook for email management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
